Joe Welton Foster, 83, of Dallas, TX, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, December 4, 2025.
Joe was born on Tuesday, September 6, 1942, in Decatur, Texas to Paul and Pauline Foster. He was a devoted husband, loving father, Proud grandfather, and a loyal friend to many . Joe lived his life guided by faith, hard work, and an unwavering love for his family.
He was known for his strong character, generous heart, and mighty strength. Joe took immense pride in providing for his family and being present in the lives of those he loved. He found joy in the simple things- time spent outdoors fishing, playing semipro baseball, and making memories with his loved ones at the annual family reunions.
Joe is survived by his siblings Billy Foster and Glenda Foster Coker sons Keith Ramay and wife Dianne Ramay, Richard Ramay and wife Gail Ramay, Greg Ramay, Jeffery Foster; his grandchildren Krystal Lee and husband Will Lee, Bryce Ramay and fiancé Yasaman Peterson, Jordan Ramay and wife Lexi Ramay, Rachel Beck, Morgan Floyd and husband Greg Floyd, Gregory Ramay and wife Lauren Ramay, Jeralyn Risley and husband James Risley, Andrew Foster, Kaitlyn Foster; great grandchildren Jaxon lee, Audrie Lee, Jocie Lee, Vayda Peterson, Scarlett Peterson, Oaklie Ramay, Lyllah Ramay, Mavery Ramay, Payton Beck, Rylee Beck, Lucas Beck, Connor Liam Floyd, Alyson Floyd, Chris Gardner, Kaitlin Ramay, Mason Ramay, James Risley Jr, Luke Risley, Jamielyn Risley, Duke Risley, Jaxon Risley; Nephew Norman Foster; Sister-law Glenda Smith and husband Shawn Smith, Robbie Davis. He was proceeded in death by his mom and dad Paul and Pauline Foster, beloved wife Patsy Foster, son Steve Ramay, brother Ronnie Foster.
Joe Foster will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
