Nancy and family are in our thoughts and prayers. Joe was a special person who always made us smile. He had the ability to make you feel that you were a special person to him. We will miss him, Harriet and John

Joe has been such a bright light to both Guy and I! He is a person that encouraged others so well but also brought you down to reality in such a humorous way. Joe was such a thoughtful person and his love and concern for others came through each day. He will be missed by so many - especially US! God will certainly enjoy having him in heaven with him.

Joe was always a wonderful neighbor from the day we bought the property across the road from his farm. Always helpful and eager to share a story and a laugh. I have missed seeing him and am sorry to hear of his passing.

I will deeply miss Joe's unique (and often ornery!) sense of humor, his well-meant kidding, and most of all, his always-being-there for us in the LIFE kitchen crew. With Joe in the kitchen with us, we always knew we would have fun, and we always knew we could count on him.

Joe, I want you to know that your green bean pot will always be called 'Joe's green bean pot', but it will always be missing your special seasoning of love :-)
