He is survived by his daughter, Marcia Tolleson of Rutherford, and grandchildren, Joey Tolleson, Amber Williams York, Anthony Williams Jr, and Austin Williams and Austin Smith and 10 Great grandchildren
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Jane Williams, son Anthony Wayne Williams, five sisters Arlene Williams, Rachel Arrington, Nell Presson, Martha Reed, and Tommie Isenburg, and eight brothers Jess Williams, Robert Williams, Sam Dean Williams, Bill Williams, Jerry Williams, Charles Williams, Benjamin Williams and Jonnie Williams.
