Mountain City Funeral HomeJoel Patrick Farnham, age 65, passed away July 14, 2025 at his home. He was born November 15, 1959 in Santa Fe, New Mexico to the late George and Eula Farnham.
Joel moved from California to the mountains of Tennessee in 2009. He was very talented at building electronics and computers. He also enjoyed reading, especially the Bible. He loved God and was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church.
Those left to cherish his memories include his wife of 16 years, Karen Potter; daughter, Stella Hailey Nicole Potter; son, Jacob Potter; twin sister, Susan Toy; sister, Nancy Williams; brother, John Farnham; mother and father-in-law, Linda and Charles Dyson; special friends, Russ and Lisa Poteet; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at Walnut Grove Baptist Church with Pastor Russ Poteet officiating.
The family of Joel Patrick Farnham has entrusted his care to Mountain City Funeral Home, 224 S. Church Street, Mountain City, TN 37683.
