St. George, Utah - Joel William Kroff, age 77, July 4, 2025, in St. George, Utah. Joel was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on June 5, 1948, to Eugene and Edith Kroff. Joel married the love of his life, Marium Alice LeFevre in the Logan, Utah Temple on July 2, 1971. Joel was raised in Tooele, Utah, graduated from Tooele High School, and attended Brigham Young University before responding to a call to serve as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Joel served in the Anaheim, California Mission. Following his mission Joel met Marium Alice LeFevre in Springdale, Utah and they quickly fell in love. Joel served in the Army Special Forces as a Green Beret paratrooper and was stationed at Fort Bragg in North Carolina after attending jump school in Fort Benning in Georgia. Joel is survived by his wife, Marium Alice LeFevre; children: Danny (Staci) Kroff of Virgin, Utah, Paul (Amy) Kroff of Alpine, Utah, Ben (Chelsi) Kroff of Saratoga Springs, Utah, Justin (Megan) Kroff of Eagle Mountain, Utah, and Steven (Brittany) Kroff of Hurricane, Utah; 24 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and siblings: Robert Kroff, Paul Kroff, Richard Kroff, Kathy Fait, Bryan Kroff, Jerry Kroff. He is preceded in death by his father, Eugene Kroff; mother, Edith Kroff; and brother, David Kroff. Funeral Services will be held on Friday July 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., with a viewing prior from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., at the Slickrock Ward Chapel, 2434 East Riverside Drive, St. George, Utah 84790. All who knew and loved him are invited to attend and celebrate his remarkable life. Interment will be on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. in the Tooele City Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will follow at 3:00 p.m. at 253 South 200 East, Tooele, Utah 84074.
