Joel Munoz Obituary
Joel Michael Munoz, Sr., 35, passed away on November 27, 2025, at Saint John Hospital, Leavenworth, Kansas. He was born on August 3, 1990, in Odessa, Texas, to Eleuterio and Ysa Perez.
A resident of Leavenworth, Joel worked as a welder for Zephyr Products, Inc. He enjoyed lifting weights, playing cornhole, and spending time with family and friends, especially his children.
Survivors include his wife, Jasmine Munoz of the home; children, Joel Michael, Jr., Estella Sofia, Isabella Rosalee, and Xavier Quinn Munoz; siblings, Leonel and Cassandra Lira, Cristian and Brianne Gonzalez, and Trevon and Elizabeth Jackson, German Perez, and Wendy Perez; and numerous extended family members and loved ones.
He is preceded in death by grandparents, Carmelo and Estella Munoz.
Graveside service will take place 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Great Bend Cemetery North, with Pastor Andrea McKiearnan presiding. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Bryant Funeral Home. Memorials have been designated to Joel Munoz, Sr. Expense Fund, in care of Bryant Funeral Home, 1425 Patton Rd., Great Bend, KS 67530.

Joel Michael Muñoz, Sr., 35 años, falleció el 27 de noviembre de 2025 en el Hospital Saint John, en Leavenworth, Kansas. Nació el 3 de agosto de 1990 en Odessa, Texas, hijo de Eleuterio y Ysa Perez.
Residente de Leavenworth, Joel trabajaba como soldador en Zephyr Products, Inc. Disfrutaba levantar pesas, jugar al cornhole y pasar tiempo con su familia y amigos, especialmente con sus hijos.
