WILLIAMS, Joel Of Billerica, MA, passed on February 18, 2026, surrounded by his family. He was born August 19, 1947, to the late Stanley and Jean (Mikel) Williams. He grew up in Wakefield, MA. He is survived by his wife, Elaine (Gonnella) Williams; and brother, Kenny Williams of Blodgett, OR. His children, Aaron and his wife, Wendy (Shank) Williams of Townsend, MA, Jill and her husband, Chris Folta of Billerica, MA, Geoff and his wife, Jessica (Desharnais) Williams of Nashua, NH, Melissa Olsen of Wakefield, MA, Patrick O'Donnell and Teri Laquidara. His 13 grandchildren include, Lily, Joseph, Abigail, Camdyn, Stanley, Emma, Molly, Genevieve, Cameron, Bryce, Joley, Callie and Kaden. He has many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Funeral Services will be private. The family will be sitting Shiva on Saturday, February 28, and Sunday, March 1. Visiting Hours between 1:00-6:00 pm, each day, at 30 Gov.
