Joseph V. Chojnacki
“Big Wave”
January 25, 1981 – September 5, 2025
A proud member of the Ho-Chunk Nation, Joseph V. Chojnacki, affectionately known as "Big Wave," passed away on September 5, 2025, at the age of 44.
He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Yvonne F. Chojnacki, and his brother, Allen R. Majewski. He is survived by his father, Terry J. Chojnacki; his cherished daughters, Alivia and MaLaya; and his precious grandson, Josiah. Joseph also leaves behind his twin sister, Jamie Chojnacki; his niece, Keanah; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews, and many friends who will miss him dearly.
Private services were held in accordance with the family's wishes.
