Joette Griffin Roach, 80, of Seneca, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2025, at Seneca Health and Rehab.
Born on January 15, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Luke and Amy Sertain Griffin. Joette was the devoted wife of the late Floyd Billy Roach and a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who found her greatest joy in caring for her family.
She is survived by her sons: Chad Roach (Evelyn), Allan Floyd Roach (Melinda), all of Seneca, SC, and Doug Roach (Laura) of Canton, GA; her daughter, Reginia Roach of Seneca, SC; sisters, Barbara Manley (Frank) and Janice Pulliam, both of Toccoa, GA; as well as 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and beloved husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Ray Griffin, Carter Griffin, and Quinnon Griffin; sisters, Ollie Fowler and Joyce Peeples; and a cherished grandchild, CJ Roach.
Joette was a faithful member of Seneca Church of God of Prophecy. A devoted homemaker, she took great pride in her home and family and was known for her caring heart, quiet strength, and unwavering love for those around her.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at First Baptist Memorial Park in Westminster, SC. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., prior to the service at Sandifer Funeral Home.
The family will be at their respective homes.
