Joe was a mechanic, a jack of all trades, and willing to help anyone at the drop of a hat. He was a son, dad, papaw, brother, uncle, and friend and will be missed by many.
He is preceded in death by his father, Alva Mauck, and stepfather, David Young; siblings, Tim and Terry Mauck. The family left to cherish memories of Joe are his sons, Eric Dyer (Robin) and Nic Sparks (Jeremy); mother, Marjorie Young; a sister, Julie Money (Todd); brothers, Shane Mauck (Michael Wright) and Richard Mauck (Suzanne); grandchildren, Carson, Brody, Shyann, Valencia, Vada, Valen and Verri; and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at Naville & Seabrook Funeral Home, 1119 E. Market Street, New Albany, IN, on Saturday, March 1, 2025. The visitation will be from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, immediately followed by a service of remembrance.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to Speed Memorial Church, 328 US-31, Sellersburg, IN 47172.

I can´t forget the good times we had camping and fishing down at Ferdinand when we were kids . I´m sure you and Mark are setting by the lake fishing and telling stores right now. BZ
