Joey Lee West,51, of 111 Rebecca Court, Simpsonville, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2025.
He was born May 22, 1973, in Spartanburg County to the late Jimmy Carl West and Francis Clark West. He was a lineman with Pike Electric.
Surviving is his wife, Tonya Ayers West of the home; one daughter, Paisley West of Simpsonville; three sons, Cameron West of Fountain Inn, Dalton West of Simpsonville and Cayden West of Simpsonville; two brothers, Donnie (JoAnn) West of Woodruff and Steve (Tammy) West of Clinton; two grandchildren, Cody West and Adalynn Lowe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Jeanie Melton.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary, 257 North Main Street, Woodruff, officiated by Rev. Joey Clark and Mr. Tim Melton.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. prior to the service.
The family is at the home of his brother, Steve West, 205 Miss Allie Drive, Clinton, S.C.
