Funeral services for Brooklyn Grace West will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at The Lighthouse Church, Turkey Creek, with Reverends David Messer, Cody King, and Burton Dodge officiating, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale.
Our precious, Brooklyn, was called to Heaven on Friday, September 26, 2025.
She was preceded in death by her paternal great grandfather, Richard Lucas; and one uncle, William Haviland.
Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include her parents, Tyler and Rachel West of Turkey Creek; her paternal grandparents, Jeremy and Kristi West of Deville; her maternal grandparents, Joseph and Candace Haviland of Lake Cove; her paternal great grandmother, Ruby Lucas of Pineville; her maternal great grandparents, David and Pat Messer of Lake Cove; four uncles, TeJoe, Dakota, Tristen, and J.J.; and five aunts, Jozie (Trevor), Willa May, Katie, Emily, and Ashlynn.
A time of visitation will be held at The Lighthouse Church, Turkey Creek, on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are: TeJoe Haviland and Trevor Clark. Honorary pallbearer will be Joe Haviland.
