John Bartlett Obituary
He was born in Clarksburg on September 23, 1946, a son of the late Thomas and Thelma Gatrell Hartman.
Surviving are two children, Mary Bartlett of Clarksburg and Josh Bartlett of Kansas; his sister-in-law, Cheryl Hartman; and his brother-in-law, Dickey Pavelski.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Hartman; and the mother of his children, Marsha Pavelski Bartlett.
Mr. Bartlett was a 1963 graduate of Washington Irving High School and a United States Army Veteran. He was a security guard with Pinkerton Security Company. Mr. Bartlett enjoyed collecting model trains and grandfather clocks.
In keeping with his wishes, Mr. Bartlett will be cremated.

Sorry to hear of his passing.John helped so many other Veterans. He always had a book of knowledge of things to help them from his own experiences. May he rest peacefully without anymore pain. Condolences to your family .Marlin Love
