JOHN RICHARD BASILONE of Pemberton, NJ, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2023 following a long battle. He was 66 years of age. Son of the late Eugene Felix and Helen Jean Basilone of Riverside, NJ, he has resided in Pemberton for the past 10 years moving there from Flanders, NJ. A long time Field Service Technician, Trainer and Technical Consultant for Tri-LiftNJ in North Brunswick, NJ he retired in 2022 after more than 20 years with the company. He is a former member of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary and a boating safety instructor. He enjoyed recreational boating, traveling throughout the US in his RV and on his motorcycle, and spending time with friends and family. He is the Beloved Husband of Beth W. (nee Worrell) Basilone of Pemberton, NJ and the Loving Father of Sean Basilone and his wife Gina of Port Reading, NJ, Deborah Olivera and her husband Angelo of Hummelstown, PA and Nicole Basilone of Goldsboro, NC. He is also survived by his grandchildren Brianna Basilone, Aiden Basilone, Zoey Olivera, Adelyn Olivera, Emma Olivera and Logan Basilone, his brother James R. Basilone and his wife Susanne of Cinnaminson, NJ, his nephew Dean Zinetti, his niece Crystal Farrell and several great nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday, Feb. 10th from 6:00 – 9:00 PM and on Saturday from 11:00 – 1:00 PM at the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, 127 Medford-Mt. Holly Road, Medford, NJ, where a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 1:00 PM. The family requests casual attire! Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
