There are few men that I can admire. I admired John Bennett for his strength of character and the honest way he lived his life.
May his memory be for a blessing to all that knew him as it is to me.

Our beloved Dad, father in love, and Papa. We are so saddened by your sudden passing. We miss you tremendously! You and mom held our family together.Thank you for always being such a wonderful blessing to us all. You will continue to live on in all of our hearts. We choose to rejoice in the fact that we are confident that we will get to spend eternity with you! 2 Timothy 4:7-8 7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 8 Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.

Heaven received a great man on April 21, 2022 when John Bennett charged through those pearly gates! I can almost imagine his grin from ear to ear when he burst through and met Jesus face to face! We will miss him here; but one day we'll be reunited with him in God's Kingdom, where there is no pain and no tears; just love. (And maybe fishing...hang onto your lure this time!)
We love ❤ you, John. And we love your sweet wife and children. God bless you all.

I have known John since 1957. I know his as a highly responsible man who gave of himself and his household with great grace. He was an excellent husband, father and grandfather. Our nation is poorer by the passing of John Bennett.
