John Dwight Blackburn

John was one of my favorite patients that i had the pleasure of working with during his rehab stays. John was kind, hard working during his therapy, and funny. the love he had for his family was quite evident in the stories and memories that he shared. Praying for Gods perfect peace and comfort during this difficult time.

John Dwight was a great cousin, husband, dad, grandfather, and we will all miss him dearly. Sending our prayers to Kim, Josh, Erica and the rest of the family from your Texas family.
