John William Bogsch of Naples passed away at age 93 on Friday, October 26, 2018. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Barbara Lamond Bogsch, son Jack Bogsch and daughter-in-law Judy Bogsch of Kent, Washington, daughter Fran Boyer and son-in-law Dave Boyer, of Massachusetts, grandsons Aric Bogsch, Aaron Storniola, and Anthony
Bucalo, and granddaughter Natalie Bogsch.
John was born January 30, 1925 in Philadelphia, PA. He served in the U.S. Navy in the South Pacific from 1942-1946, and in Korea 1949-1950. John was preceded in death by wife Barbara Denning of Maple Shade, NJ and daughter Barbara and son William.
Services will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Hodges Funeral Home, 525 111th Ave N., Naples, Florida with a Visitation to be held from 10:30am-11:30am and a Funeral Service to follow at 11:30am. Burial to be at Sarasota
National Cemetery on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at 11:30am. Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to the Wounded Warriors Project in memory of John Bogsch.
