John Brison Obituary
Born August 26th, 1954, in Gastonia, North Carolina, Johnny was the son of the late John Edgar Brison Jr. and Joyce Capps Brison. He was a graduate of Western Carolina University.
Johnny was an avid golfer, outdoorsman, and skilled carpenter. His sense of humor and laugh were contagious, as he was always the first to crack a joke and try and get a laugh from anyone he met. He was always willing to lend a hand to anyone looking for advice in the things he was skilled. He will be missed greatly by friends and family alike.
Surviving are his children, son, John Edgar Brison IV and wife Samantha Brison, and daughter, Emily Amanda Brison; and sisters, Patsy Brison and husband Scott Camp, and Becky Brison Maxon and husband David Maxon.
A celebration of his life with a time of sharing will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian.
