A graduate of Lansdowne- Aldan High School, John was a U.S Army veteran.
He retired as an auto mechanic where he worked for several places throughout his career and most recently for DiMascio. He enjoyed motorcycles, race cars, antique cars and trains
She is predeceased by his wife Mary Beth Brown, Sister Priscilla Brown and his parents Ralph and Kathryn Crone.
Survivors: Loving father of Donna McHenry, Diane Volpone and John (Page) Brown, grandfather of 9, great grandfather of 5, brother-in-law Rita (Denis Spellman) and Paul (Gerri) Carr and his beloved cats Lucy and Sammy and many nieces and nieces.
Funeral Service: 11am Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at McCausland Garrity Marchesani Funeral Home, 343 S Chester Pike Glenolden, PA 19036
Viewing: 10-11am Wednesday at the funeral home
Burial: SS Peter and Paul Cemetery
In lieu of flowers contributions to the Providence Animal Shelter, 555 Sandy Bank Rd. Media, PA 19063 or Shriners Children's Philadelphia, 3551 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19140 would be appreciated.
