John C. Bruetsch, a loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away at the age of 85 on September 7, 2025. He spent 61 wonderful years of marriage with his devoted wife, Nancy (Cicak) Bruetsch. John leaves behind his children Michael and Susan (Breski) Bruetsch, Suzanne Bruetsch, and Katie Bruetsch, and his favorite grandson, Dane Minoia. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

John was predeceased by his parents Mary and Charles Bruetsch; sister Mary Carol (Robert) Warner and twin brother Joseph.

John enjoyed his career as a sheet metal journeyman working mainly at BSR and Weathermaster roofing.

A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Mary's Church, 975 State Route 11 Kirkwood, Friday September 12, 2025 at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at St. Mary's Church, Friday from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.
