John Henry Casteel

CASTEEL – John Henry Casteel, age 63 of Madison, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, November 21, 2025, in the Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home in Lawrenceville. Interment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Duluth, Georgia. A Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home. John was a licensed Master Electrician with Casteel Electrical Company, Inc. John was a member of North Metro Baptist Church. He loved being outdoors, deer and turkey hunting, and fishing. He was an adrenaline junky, lover of power sports. John loved life, his friends, and family immensely. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Oscar Casteel, Jr. and Annie Mae (Stamey) Casteel; and brother, David Casteel. John is survived by his son, Jonathan Knox Casteel, Flower Branch, GA; sister, Sarah (Gordon) Harris, Waleska, GA; grandchildren, Carter, Cayden, Connor, Aleeyah, and Carson Henry; and nephews, Tanner Dutton and Nicholas Casteel.
