John Joseph Chada, age 85, of Chippewa Falls, WI, formerly of St. Paul, MN, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, April 18, 2025.
John was born on November 1, 1939 in St. Paul, MN to Albert and Mildred (Tauer) Chada. He graduated from Johnson High School in East St. Paul with the class of 1958.
On September 12, 1959, he was joined in marriage to Jude Armstrong. Together they had two boys, James and Alan. John was a proud member of Pipefitters Local 455. In 2014, John and Jude relocated to join their children and grandchildren in Chippewa Falls, WI.
John was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Mildred Chada; and his brother, Dennis Chada in 2017.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jude Chada of Chippewa Falls, WI; his sons, James Chada of Chetek, and Alan (Fae Bilderback) Chada of Chippewa Falls; his granddaughter, Elizabeth (Darian) Bizios; his great-grandchildren, Andreas and Nora Bizios; his brother, Tom (Jane) Chada; and sister-in-law, Gloria Chada.
According to John’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will take place at a later date.
