Mr. John D Chigos

John D. Chigos from Clearwater, Florida passed away on September 26th, 2021. John was born on September 25th, 1961 in upstate New York, to his mother and father, and two older brothers, all whom have passed away, and now they have reunited in Heaven. John was an intelligent child, who later became a sucessful business man, and entrepreneur. His will to be the best got him into college at the age of 16, where he earned his undergraduate at the University of Hartford, after college he received his MBA, and law degree from Western New England College. John was a go getter from the very beginning, and by the young age of 30, he had already accomplished so much, but he never let his success go to his head, he always knew that he wanted to create technology that would protect not just his love ones, but his country. He leaves behind his legacy, Platesmart Technology, which is a license plate recognition software that he created, that serves as a powerful tool to protect and watch over this world from the bad that surrounds it. John was many things, an innovator, a man of many words, one that could talk your ear off for hours, a man who knew so much about the world, a man that would stop traffic to help a turtle cross the road, a man that put his family before anything else. John's main accomplishment was his family. He leaves behind his wife, Kathleen Chigos, daughter, Devin Palmer, son-in-law, Ryan Palmer, and his granddaughter, Madelyn Palmer. John was always putting his girls first, no matter what their happiness came before anything. He was the most kind, loving, and generous man. John's heart melted when he became a grandfather. His last days on earth were spent running around to boutiques buying his granddaughter teddybears, books, and even bought some adorable dresses for her. One thing people may forget is what great style John had! His life was full when his family was happy, that was all that mattered at the end of the day. John will be missed by so many people, he was a man that left an impression on everyone he met. This man will never be forgotten. John 16:22 - And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.
