John and I attended St. Paul's School together. I am saddened to hear of his passing. Please extend my condolences to his family.

John was one of my best friends in the last year or so, when we met around Christmas. He was such a kind, warm person, and very unique. I've never met a man like him before in my life. I could come to him with the problems I was facing and he was genuinely interested in helping me. He was also incredibly funny, open minded, and supportive. He was someone I could wholeheartedly trust and knew he would be a lifelong friend of mine.It's rare you find someone as genuine. I'll miss him so much.
