Visitation will be held from noon-2 p.m., Tuesday, March 25 at Russell Colonial Funeral Homes, St. Clair, with funeral services following at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
A private committal will take place at a later date.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela Kay Frossard, St. Clair; mother, Dorothy Coontz, St. Clair; son, Jonathan Coontz, St. Clair; many relatives and friends.
