It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of John E. Crawley, a beloved son and friend, who departed this life on August 18, 2025, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Ms.

John was born on November 28, 1977, in New Albany, MS, and was a shining light in the lives of those fortunate enough to know him. John's infectious laughter and generous spirit made him a cherished content creator, bringing joy and a sense of community to his followers through his humor and authentic personality. He had a passion for life that was evident in everything he did-from sharing his fishing adventures and love for football, especially his unwavering support for the Green Bay Packers, to the countless times he lent a helping hand to friends and strangers alike. John was truly a great guy, and his warmth and kindness will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his devoted mother, Joyce Starnes; his stepbrother, James Story; and a host of uncles and aunts, who loved him dearly-Gary Gadd (Sherry), Johnny Verrell (Tonya), JL Verrell (Cindy) and Jimmy Page (Stacy) and family member Steven Riddle and host of nieces and nephews. Together, they will remember him as a loving son and a considerate friend who made an impact on everyone he met. John was preceded in death by: Sterling Story, Curtis Crawley, Roger Flake, Billy Joe Baldwin, Robert Baldwin, Gladys Story, William Story, Nell Gadd, JL Verrell, Coleman Gadd.

In celebration of John's life, a memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Glenfield Funeral Home in New Albany, MS at 101 N Denton Rd.
