John S. Dobranski Sr.

John "Jack" Stephen Dobranski Sr., 68, of North Versailles, died on Sunday, Dec. 21, 2025. He was born in McKeesport on July 22, 1957, and was the son of the late Dell Tackis. He was employed by Allegheny County, where he did carpentry work. Jack and his wife, Nadine, were married in Aruba. They were beach lovers, sun lovers, and pool lovers. Together they enjoyed going on beach trips, sitting by the pool, and spending time with their son. He was an avid Harley Davidson rider and enjoyed spending time with his cat, Louis, and his beloved late dog, Vinny. Jack loved life and will be dearly missed. Jack is survived by his loving wife, Nadine Varacalli of North Versailles; son, John Dobranski Jr. of Mount Pleasant; sister, Donna (Garth) Indyk of White Oak; mother-in-law, Joan (the late Anthony) Varacalli of North Huntingdon; many sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces; nephews; great-nieces; and great-nephews.
