Hey uncle John. It's been 9 years since you left us. And that's pretty mind blowing because it feels like you were just here but at the same time feels like it's been an eternity. Not a day goes by when I don't think of you or wonder if I'm making you proud. Whenever I need help I always talk to you. I can't wait to see you again. I wish you would be here to see me now. I still go fishing every now and then but it's not the same without you. You taught me everything I know about guns and hunting and fishing. I haven't been hunting again since the last time we went. I went fishing for the first time last time and it didn't go great. I couldn't stop thinking about you. I haven't taken your necklace of in 9 years. I can't wait to give it to my future son.
