Survivors include his wife Vanessa, children: Jo Jean Edler, Robert Edler, and Sarah Edler; stepchildren: Daniel Kuhse/Susan, Coral Lamm/Brian, Amy McPeek/Robert, and Angela Zuck/Josh; grandchildren: Jamie, Addrien, Dale, Austin, Winston, Morgan, Carson, Torren, Katherine, Ashley, Kirsten, Clara, and Ellizabeth.
He was preceded in death by his father Robert Edler, and his mother Ruth Edler.
