He is survived by his wife, Debra Edwards, stepson, Preston Teal, (fiancee),Stacy Elgin, his sister Joyce Gibson and her husband David.

You were much more than an uncle. You taught me soooo many things. I´ll never forget your favorite thing to say to me was "Slick, you stick with me, and you´ll go places". Well, you have gone to a beautiful place, and are now at peace. I will see you again one day

I loved him the first time I met him. Such an amazing, handsome young man. He was eighteen and I was eight. He was my school bus driver and our neighbor. I never met a nicer man!
My condolences to his wife Debra unfortunately I never met her.
My dearest condolences to Joyce Ann Stilwell Gibson his sister and lifelong friend of mine.
