Henry couldn't wait to take me to meet his friend of many years. We drove to Delran to meet Johnny and Barbara. I was intimidated, since I was a lot younger than they were. I soon learned Henry (Henny) was Johnny's straight man. He was hysterical, lots of fun, always the party guy and soon the four of us became close friends. As only Barbara and I are still standing. We have lots of memories to look back on.
To Johnny and Henry - keep having fun. Happy Birthday Johnny.

I met John through our children attending St Agnes school in Blackwood. First time I believe was building a new kitchen in the school cafeteria. After that we enjoyed being together with family. I also worked for John in several of his projects. John was a smiling funny guy who loved to talk. Later I found out that he grew up in same neighborhood . They would tell south Philly stories when we would meet up for lunch . It´s been years since my last time in John´s company. Will always be remembered as a generous and fun guy.
Condolences to Barbra the girls and all the family.

RIP John, the hustle is over. You accomplished more than you imagined. We go way back my old friend and I'm truly sorry it's coming to an end. I looked forward to every time we got together. You will truly be missed. I could go on and on but words don't do justice to our memories. Hope to see you again John, Your Friend, Lou Gibson.

Many memories flash before me, starting back as kids in South Philadelphia. We would play pool at the "Boys Club" and hang at "Fatty Dom's Luncheonette. They were fun times. Our friendship continued over the years. I had lunch with John just last week never thinking that that would be the last time I would see him. You will alway be in my thoughts. R.I.P. old friend.
