John "Gus" Howard Geisenheimer, Sr of Maple Shade passed away on Saturday December 7, 2024. Gus worked as an electrician for Harder’s Electric and the Campbell Soup Co. He was very active with the Boy Scouts which was a big part of his life, having been Scoutmaster of Troop #28, Cubmaster of Pack #28 and also very active with the Burlington County Council. Gus also took great pleasure in playing Santa Claus at the Train Station in Maple Shade.
Beloved husband of the late Helen, who passed away in 2008 after 41 years of marriage, loving father of Stan (Donna) Falisz, Joseph (Debbie) Saenz, Julia (Brent) Spradling and John Geisenheimer,Jr., Gus will also be greatly missed by his former daughter-in-law Jenna Curley, cherished grandfather of 10, adoring great grandfather of 3, Gus was also predeceased by his brother Robert Smith.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and visitation with his family on Saturday December 14th, 10 AM-1 PM at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Road, Maple Shade. Funeral service will follow at 1 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Gus's name to Maple Shade Scouts Troop #28 and Cub Scouts Pack #28. Please mail to Mark C. Tilghman Funeral Home, 38 N.
