Ruth Rudd Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Bradley Funeral Home - Marlton on Mar. 31, 2026.
Ruth L. Rudd, age 83, of Maple Shade, New Jersey, passed away on March 27, 2026. She was born on April 2, 1942, in Camden, New Jersey, to the late Robert M. and Esther Rudd.

Ruth graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School and later earned her bachelor's degree from bible college.

For many years, Ruth worked as an insurance analyst for Cigna Health.

Ruth was also a longtime member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Maple Shade, where her faith remained an important part of her daily life. She was very involved in church activities and especially enjoyed teaching Sunday School to the children. Her warmth, patience, and genuine love for young people left a lasting impression on many lives within her church community.

She also enjoyed traveling with family and friends. Among her favorite journeys were her trips to Amish Country, which she especially loved.

Ruth is survived by her siblings, Gerald Golden (Mary Beth), and Bobbi Fusco (Bob); her nieces, Patti Keefer (Ed), Kelly Terenzi (James), Maureen Sullivan, Lisa Cooper (husband Carson), Rob Fusco (wife Jen), and Nicole Fusco; and many grandnieces and grandnephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Robert M. and Esther Rudd; her sister, Nancy Sullivan; and her niece, Debbie Lynch.

Those who knew Ruth will remember her as a woman of faith, kindness, and steadfast devotion to the people she loved. Her presence brought comfort and encouragement to her family, her church, and her friends.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, on Friday, April 3, 2026, at The Bradley Funeral Home, 601 Rt 73 South and Evesham Rd, Marlton, NJ 08053. A funeral service will begin at 11:00 am, at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Bethel Memorial Park in Pennsauken, NJ.
