John was born December 12, 1956 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of Henry and Vera Arlene (Schuch) Hatmaker. He worked for Blue Cross & Blue Shield in Detroit as a pipefitter. John's favorite thing was going fishing and being out in the woods. He is survived by his son, Mark Wall; sister, Elizabeth Smith; nieces, Nicole and Felicia; nephews, Jimmy, Chris and Michael. John was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Hatmaker and Vera Fyfe; siblings, Jeff, Pamela, Debra and Henry.
He is now set free and soaring amongst the eagles.
