He was a leader, he had the type of personality to be in charge and he had the biggest heart that anyone would ever see.
He was preceded in death by is mother Carolyn Stasel Burelson.
John Daniel is survived by his wife Angela Sanders Hawkins, his son Dayton Reece, his daughters Ashley Hawkins Richardson(Aubrey) & Olivia Danielle Hawkins, his dad Lester Carroll Hawkins and a half-sister Vicki Bennett.
The funeral service for John Daniel Hawkins will be held at 10am Saturday, November 29th in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with Bro. Lester Hawkins officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 4-7pm and after 8am Saturday at the Sego Funeral Home, the family chose cremation after the service.
Memorial donations may be given to Little Flock Baptist Church. These donations can be left at the funeral home.
