MEMORIAL SERVICE: 12 p.m. Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at Brown Owens & Brumley's Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel.
John was born to the late Theodore Thomas Howley and Katrina Emily Osterhoudt Howley on Saturday, June 3, 1950 in Poughkeepsie, New York.
John is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Theodore Thomas Howley, Jr.; and brother, Christopher Thomas Howley.
SURVIVORS: Loving wife of 38 years, Claudia Fern Stephens Howley; sister, Bonnie Katrina Howley; brother, Henry Thomas Howley; sister, Marcia Mondello; daughter, Katrina Beatrice Coffield and spouse, Michael Thornton; daughter, Tiffany Rachel Stewart and spouse, Dan Stewart; daughter, Kristina Renee' Provinsal and spouse, Joel Hooks; son, William Buck Morton and spouse, Diana Nguyen; thirteen grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
