John Imse Obituary
Jack graduated from Conant High School, Class of 1969. He joined the United States Air Force in 1972, serving honorable for four years active duty, as well as two years in reserve. He worked at Essendant in Deerfield, IL for 24 years.
Jack was an extremely hard worker who loved his family. He enjoyed baseball, and was a diehard Cubs fan, always attending their opening games. He also enjoyed attending Kane County Cougars' games.
Jack was preceded in death by his biological father, John E. Imse Sr.; mother and stepfather, Maryann and Frank Lachman; and sister and brother-in-law, Judith and John Criel. He is survived by his sisters, Jennifer Criel and Joyce Weiser; brother, Kenneth Lachman; and nephews, John, Richard, Gregory, and Chance.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 1:00pm, Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at Ft. Sheridan National Cemetery, Vattman Road, Lake Bluff, IL 60044.
