He is survived by his loving wife, Dianne White; his devoted daughter Susanna Ingalls, and her husband, Saif Qazi; his grandson, Idris Ingalls Qazi; his stepdaughter, Lauren Robinson; her husband, Robert Robinson; and her sons, Matthew Davis and Bryce Robinson; his brother, George Sam Ingalls; his sister, Marguerite Ingalls-Jones; one niece; and four nephews. His first marriage ended in divorce.
Friends will be received Sunday, February 15, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Harry H. Witzke's Family Funeral Home, Ellicott City. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shrine of St. Anthony. For more information and online condolences, please visit www.harrywitzkefuneralhome.com
