John Michael Keel, Sr.

John Michael Keel, Sr. age 61, of Ashland City, TN passed away on Friday, April 19, 2024, at his residence. 

John was born on October 12, 1962, in Nashville, TN to the late Thomas Keel and Katie Jones Keel. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Keel; sisters, Anna Osteen and Janie Reece. He is survived by his son, John Michael Keel, Jr.; daughters, Sondra Fisher, Brittany Fisher; sister, Susan Switzer and many grandchildren, nephews, nieces and great nephews and great nieces. 

John, the child of a king and the youngest of 5 children, was a loving Son, Brother, Uncle, Father, Grandfather and Friend. He was a member of the Hermitage Church of the Nazarene, which he helped build. He was a great man and son and would do without to make sure his loved ones were cared for first. He will be dearly missed and loved by all. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 26, 2024, from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Boyd Funeral Home. John will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Graveside services will be announced at a later date.
