Mr. John Nathaniel Lee, 87, of Boydton, VA entered eternal rest on Sunday, March 23, 2025 at his residence.

Mr. Lee was born in Mecklenburg County, VA on October 27, 1937 to the late Robert Edward and Lucille Brooks Lee. He attended the schools of Mecklenburg County, VA and was a dedicated member of New Hope Baptist Church in Boydton where he served as Chairman of the Deacon Board. Mr. Lee was a retiree of Burlington Industries in Clarksville, VA. He was known for his quick wit; his jokes would often brighten your day.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by ten siblings.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory his devoted wife of 58 years, Lucille Lee of Boydton, VA; one daughter, Pamela Lee of Chesterfield, VA; three grandchildren, Karvin Hardy, Jr. of Boydton, VA, Khalil Hardy of Richmond, VA and Shanetonio (Shamar) Martin, Jr. of Chesterfield, VA; three great-grandchildren, Madison Jones, Karlia Hardy and Khasyr Hardy; one sister, Octavia Alexander of Skipwith, VA; six sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law, and a vast number of other loving relatives and caring friends.

Funeral services for Mr. John Nathaniel Lee will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Friday, March 28, 2025 at the chapel of C. H. Harris Funeral Home, Buffalo Junction, VA with Rev. Earl Terry officiating. Burial will follow in New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery, Boydton, VA. Public viewing will begin on Friday from 12:00 noon until 12:45 PM.

Arrangements are by C. H. Harris Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
