Mr. John Lopata, age 66 of the Oak Knob Community in Macon County, TN passed away Friday evening, September 6, 2024 at the Macon Community Hospital ER in Lafayette, TN. John is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette.
Funeral Services for John Lopata will be conducted Wednesday afternoon, September 11, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette.
Visitation will begin Wednesday morning from 10 a.m. service time at 1 p.m.
Family request memorials be made to assist the family with funeral expenses. You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by: father, Jan Lopata & sister, Anita McCune & grandson, Sean Yarber.
Survivors include: wife, Ginger Lopata; sons and daughters-in-law, Jake & Paige Lopata all of Lafayette, Nick & Tracy Lopata of Las Vegas, NV; mother, Rosa Mae Lopata; step-children, Jim & wife, Jessica Ort, Doug & wife, Brandi Perkins all of Rockford, IL, Jennifer & husband, Billy Horn of Dexter, MO, Tanya Stanton Munoz of Rockford, IL, Ray & wife, Ashley McCoy, Michael McCoy all of Kingsports, TN, Robbie & wife, Kristin McCoy of Lafayette; brother and sister-in-law, Pete & Diane Lopata of Nashville; granddaughter, Kylie Lopata of Lafayette & a host of other grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
