Catawba, SC - Mr. John Henry McCaston, 73, died Monday, March 2, 2026, at Piedmont Medical Center, Rock HIll, SC
A native of Rock Hill, SC Mr. McCaston was a son of the late Hennes McCaston and Mary Frances Permenter McCaston. He served his county for 6 years as a Sergeant in the United Sates Air Force. He will be remembered as a man who loved fishing especially for catfish. For many years he drove a dump truck for Edwards Construction Company.
Surviving are his brother, Willie McCaston and his wife, Bessie; two sisters, Wanda Plonk and Kaye Hill; and many nieces and nephews.
