John McCoy Obituary
John is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Margaret; his sons, John Jr. and his wife Jean of Marianna, Florida, and Michael and his wife Keisha of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and his five grandchildren: Jed, Jamie, Michael, Jack, and Sean. He also leaves behind his siblings: Shirley Yates, Troy (Debra) McCoy, Sheryl (Hayes) Boone, Drucile (Willis) Hagan, and Julianne Martin, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, James and George McCoy; and his sister, Muriel Martin.
John's greatest joys were coaching his sons in sports and fishing on Lake Okeechobee. His legacy of love, service, and dedication to family will be cherished always.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Chipola Ministries Center Food Bank in Marianna, FL.
