John Lee McDonald Jr., 61, of Springfield, Ohio passed from this life on November 23, 2025. He was born on December 30, 1963 in Jeffersonville, Indiana to the late John L. McDonald Sr. and Wilma I. (Mousty) McDonald.

John was a self employed contractor and was of the Baptist faith. He was a United States Air Force Veteran.

John was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Shane Anthony McDonald.

John is survived by his sisters, Lisa M. Elzey and Jodi Henderson; nieces and nephew, Melissa Everage, Megan Woodruff, Jeffrey Elzey (Taylor), Emily Begley (Chuck), Krista Elzey; great nieces and nephews, Haddie Everage, Hayden Darby, Zebb, Zuri, Olivia, and Levi Elzey, Ethan and Zoey Hall.

Funeral services will be on Sunday, November 30, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 306 Spring Street, Milltown, Indiana 47145.

Visitation will be on Sunday, November 30, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., at the funeral home.

Bro. Jim Smith will officiate the service.
