John Miller, 71, of Shelby Township, Michigan went home to his lord and savior on February 3, 2026. Born August 31, 1954 in Detroit to parents John and Mary Miller, John was a graduate of Crestwood High School and attended Schoolcraft Community College, focusing on computer programming. He was a member of Faith Missionary Bible Church. John was the stepping stone of the family’s faith in the Lord Jesus Christ
John will be fondly remembered for his love of computers, fishing and most of all his passion for cooking and everything food related. His unending appetite for knowledge in all subjects led to his exploration of quite possibly every catalogue ever printed. His caring and generous heart was recognized by everyone he touched.
He is survived by sisters Mickey Dock, Barbara Alverson, Sandra Panzica, brother James Miller and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by his sister Phyllis Paliaroli.
He was honored with a celebration of life by family and friends.
