John Moss

John Joseph Moss died on July 22, 2022, with his beloved and dearest friend, Elizabeth Smith by his bedside. He was the only child of Eugene and Margaret Moss. He was born in New York City on March 20, 1935. He proudly attended Bronx Science High School, Columbia University and Harvard Law School, all on full scholarships. He started his own company in Cambridge handling legal translating. John was also a very active member of First Parish in Cambridge, Unitarian Universalist. John was a very gentle and caring person and was much loved by all who knew him. He was an avid reader and traveled extensively. He was a brilliant man who made the world a better place by his kindness
and caring of others and he will be deeply missed. The funeral will be held Friday September 9, 2022, 11:30am at Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge.
