John David Nesseralla Sr., 64, passed away on December 1, 2025, in Homosassa, Florida. He was born on August 1, 1961, in Brockton, Massachusetts, and spent most of his life in Brooksville, Florida.
John was a dedicated construction worker whose hands built not just structures, but futures. He taught countless men valuable trades, offering not gentle patience but firm structure, clear direction, and the kind of honest guidance that made better workers — and better men. If it had an engine, John could fix it; he understood machines as naturally as he understood the people around him. Skilled with trucks and gifted with an unmatched work ethic, he earned respect everywhere he went.
Above all, John was a devoted family man. Family always came first, and he cared for his children more deeply than anything in the world. His greatest pride was watching his sons grow into the men they are today.
John is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Susan Townsend; his sons Johnny Nesseralla and wife Jolene with their children Tristin and Christian; Michael Nesseralla and wife Destiny with their children Abbie and Lillie; and Robert Nesseralla and his girlfriend Tonya.
John will be remembered for his strength, his humor, his loyalty, and the way he always spoke his mind.
He will be forever missed and forever loved.
