John A. Neumann, 82, passed away Aug. 8, 2025. Cherished husband of Patricia (nee Keefe). Loving father of Nicole Neumann (Martin Vince), Christopher Neumann, and Jonathan Neumann ( Fabiola Godinez). Adored grandfather of Martin Vince, Thomas Vince, Chloe Vince and Charlie De La Torre III. Fond brother of James (Suzanne), Gerald (Michele), the late Thomas, and the late Robert (Ann) Neumann. Survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a multitude of friends, who all loved him. John attended both Quigley and St. Augustine Seminaries. He retired from Brenntag after 34 years as a sales representative and was active with the BTG for 58 years both on and off stage, he was a devoted choir member at Christ the King church for over 40 years, and also enjoyed being a supernumerary for the Lyric Opera. John loved the Bears, the Cubs and the Rodeo. Visitation Sunday, Aug 17th from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Donnellan Funeral Home 10525 S. Western Ave, Chicago. Funeral Monday 9:30 am from the funeral home to Christ the King Church 9235 S. Hamilton Ave, Chicago for Mass at 10:30 am. Interment Private.
