John F. O'Meara

John O Meara, age 58, died at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton, on Sunday, August 7, 2022. He was born to Donald and the late Frances (Marek) O Meara in Omaha, Nebraska, on December 11, 1963. After his schooling at MATC, John began his career as an automotive technician and later became an award-winning Snap-On Tools Dealer in the Fox Cities Area. He was a master mechanic, a skilled carpenter, and a creative problem solver. John enjoyed antiques, collecting hi-fi stereo equipment, and working on cars and motorcycles. He also took great pleasure in cycling, hockey, music, camping, and fishing. Most of all, John loved sharing laughs and making memories with those he loved.
John is survived by his life partner, Michelle Knaack; his children: Timothy of Cascade; and Sara (Eric) Stanenas of Fox Point; his children s mother, Amy Trojanowski; and his grandchildren: Adelyte and Finley Stanenas. John is further survived by his siblings: Mary Noel (Dave) Cvetan; Christa (Scott) Coller; and Michael O Meara; his father and step mother, Donald and Carolyn O Meara; and his aunts and uncles: Judy O Meara, Marcy Marek; Alan Marek; and Christine (Anthony) Heimerl.
John is preceded in death by his mother, Francis (Marek) O Meara.
No funeral services will be held.
