John Okelberry Obituary
John was born January 16, 1953 in Payson, Utah, the only son of Roy Lee and Pauline Argyle Okelberry.
He graduated from Payson High School in 1971 and attended Denver Automotive and Diesel College. He was a lifelong resident of Goshen, Utah and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
John spent most of his life working in agriculture. One of his favorite hobbies was gardening, where he spent many hours cultivating and growing fruits and vegetables.
John is survived by his sisters Mary Lee (David) Lowe, Patricia (James) Hunter, Alesia (William) Heaps, and Valina K. Okelberry (Michael Bartlett), and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Pauline, and nephew Garrett Heaps.
His sisters honored his memory at a private graveside service April 6, 2023 at the Goshen City Cemetery.
